Search IPTV Smarters or GSE Smart IPTV. Install the free version first — upgrade only if you need extras.

Create a local profile
Open the app → Add User / Add Playlist → choose Xtream Codes (preferred) or M3U URL.

Enter APEX IPTV login
Paste username, password, and server URL from WhatsApp/trial email. Name the profile “APEX IPTV”.

Allow network permissions
Accept local network prompts so the player can reach the stream servers.
