By accessing, purchasing, or utilizing any services provided by APEX IPTV (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all terms, you must refrain from using our streaming platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and APEX IPTV governing your subscription, account access, device connection allocations, and interaction with our streaming infrastructure.

APEX IPTV delivers high-definition live television broadcasts, video-on-demand (VOD) entertainment, electronic program guides (EPG), and associated streaming feeds over broadband internet connections.

Service quality, resolution, and playback fluidity depend on your local bandwidth capacity, device hardware capabilities, and ISP routing conditions. While APEX IPTV maintains redundant server nodes, third-party network conditions remain outside our direct control.

When registering for a subscription or free trial line, you agree to provide accurate, current contact details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (M3U URL, Xtream Codes login, or MAC address registration).

Connection Limits: Standard single-line subscriptions grant streaming access for up to 1 active concurrent connection. Multi-room or multi-connection passes permit up to the exact number of concurrent streams specified in your plan. Simultaneous streaming exceeding your allowed connection limit will result in automated temporary stream throttling or line locking.

Subscriptions are billed in advance based on the selected duration (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months). All prices displayed are inclusive of streaming delivery charges and technical setup support.

Payments are securely processed via 256-bit SSL encrypted billing channels. BOX IPTV does not store full credit card or sensitive banking details on local web servers.

We offer a 24-hour complimentary test trial to allow prospective subscribers to verify channel selection, stream stability, and device compatibility prior to purchasing a long-term plan.

Free trial lines are strictly limited to one per household/IP address every 30 days to prevent systemic misuse. No credit card is required to initiate a 24-hour trial.

Subscribers may cancel their service subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

You agree to use APEX IPTV exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Re-streaming, re-broadcasting, or commercially distributing APEX IPTV content streams.
• Reselling or sharing account credentials beyond your designated plan connection limits.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or perform denial-of-service attacks against our streaming CDN servers.

All software interfaces, trademarks, brand assets, logos, and custom graphics associated with APEX IPTV are the intellectual property of APEX IPTV or its respective licensors. Channel logos, show trademarks, and network names remain the property of their respective broadcast network owners.

We prioritize user privacy. We do not inspect, log, or store your private viewing history or specific video content choices. Personal information provided during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APEX IPTV, its directors, and technical operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, broadcast stream availability changes, or ISP throttling.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless APEX IPTV from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized account sharing.

APEX IPTV reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued usage of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial standards. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through good-faith mediation prior to formal arbitration.
